Shipping and Handling

The House of London offers shipping options via USPS and FedEx. In stock items are shipped within 48 hours of purchase, allowing for processing time. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes. You must provide a physical address. Once shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping information and tracking numbers where applicable. Weather-related shipping delays are not within the control of the House of London.

Returns

Returns are accepted for unused, unworn items up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds less the original shipping charges will be processed on receipt of the returned item, once it is unused or unworn.
